Shipping worldwide

Yes, we ship worldwide. Except for Cuba, Iran, Ukraine, North Korea, Sudan, and Syria, we offer free domestic and international shipping with tracking to all customers. Our goal is to ensure your experience with us is seamless and transparent.

Shipping and processing times

Standard shipping times

• USA and Canada : 7 - 14 business days
• Oceania : 7 - 21 working days
• Europe : 5 - 10 working days
• Latin America : 10 - 25 working days
• Other countries : 14 - 30 working days

Your order will be processed within 1-3 days after receipt of payment. We do not ship on weekends.

Where can I find my tracking number?

After your item has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email notification with your tracking number. If you haven't received it or need more detailed information, please contact us via email. We'll be happy to help!

Unexpected delays

In some cases, delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times listed above. Most delays are caused by international customs clearance, which is beyond our control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long. Together, we will find a solution.

During particularly busy periods such as Valentine's Day, Women's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Halloween, or Christmas, production and delivery times may be extended by a few days. Our cut-off dates are publicly available on our website. We do not guarantee on-time arrival or accept responsibility for delayed deliveries of orders placed after these dates.

Customs duties

These are determined by the respective country's regulations and must be borne by the buyer. You can leave us a message when ordering indicating the value you would like us to include on the customs declaration. We usually declare the product as a sample with a lower value to avoid possible customs fees. You will receive the wooden puzzle exactly as stated in your order.
