Can I change/update my order after I have placed it?

Once you've placed your order, no changes can be made. If there are any errors such as incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses, email addresses, names, or phone numbers, please contact us immediately at info@relaxpainting.com . Please note that if you do not contact us before shipping, we will not be able to make any changes. Relax Painting® assumes no responsibility for returned items due to incorrect/incomplete addresses.

How will my order be shipped?

Relax Painting® offers several shipping methods, which will be displayed during checkout. Each method provides an estimated delivery time. Please note that this estimate does not include the time it takes for us to ship your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and shipping carrier information.

My order is incomplete/items are missing. What can I do?

Due to inventory management and/or product availability, we may ship items from your order from different warehouses or countries. If you only received part of your order, please don't worry; the remaining items will likely arrive in another package soon. If you do not receive the remaining part of your order two weeks after receiving the first package, please contact us and we will resolve the issue.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping!

Are customs duties or other fees charged?

No, the price shown is the final price – there are no additional fees.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

You will typically receive your order within 5-14 business days of shipment. However, unforeseeable factors such as shipping delays and high demand may result in a delay of 2-3 business days.

Why is my order taking longer than expected?

High order volume during holidays or special promotions may affect our shipping and delivery times. We understand your frustration, but assure you that we are doing our best to process and deliver all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.

How long does it take to complete a set?

Completion time varies depending on the size and complexity of the design, as well as your own pace. Some sets are completed in a few hours, while others require several sessions. Remember: It's not a race! Enjoy the process.

Are the colors and materials safe?

Yes, safety is our top priority. The paints used in our kits are water-based, non-toxic, and environmentally friendly. The materials in our diamond painting kits are also safe. Please use the kits as intended and keep them out of reach of small children.
